  • Position : Relationship Manager

Job Description:

  • The candidate should be able to convert every situation to a lead and every lead to generating an additional business.
  • Mange external sub channel for business expansion & development.
  • Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases are put up for approval.
  • Should complete documentations and coordinate with bank credit/sales department for processing of loan till final disbursement.
  • Candidate should reach his targets and also make sure that his/her team also meets the monthly targets without fail.
  • He should be go getter, can penetrate into market to get leads.
  • The candidate should be punctual and honest.
  • Developing & maintaining relationships with business generators like Brokers, DSA.

Job Requirement:

  • Ability to lead/work in a team environment and ability to consummate the transaction in a time-bound manner
  • Ability to suggest alternative solutions for ring-fencing a given transaction and thereby act as enabler while safeguarding the interest of the Company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
